untuk posisi berikut :
CHEMICAL ENGINEERING OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Support Commerzialization by set up BPFC/CSS/PTRSS/Material
Lab Test/Trial to maintain standard process.
Follow up the trial in all CE area during commercialization
stage to collect potential issue in CE area.
Monitoring internal trial for MPPA and PEAC to support NIKE
system and project.
Monitoring best practice for all CE process to maintain
standard process and quality.
Checking and approval chemical spec (Assembly, stockfit and
second process) to set up standard process into BPFC/PFC.
Requirements:
Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it
be their priority.
Minimum 18 Years Old.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma III.
Required language: English.
Min 3 years experiences in the same field.
Knowledges and Skills:
Understanding general proces of shoe making, all CE process
(Stockfitting, Assembly, and 2nd Process), common Global Trial Definitions,
Nike
Process Best Practice, PFC/BPFC.
Capability to set up all chemical process start from
handling materials, adhesive, until finished shoe.
Ability to problem solving/ troubleshooting related
production issue.
Have a good coordination with another department.
Analysis problem issue related CE process in trial.
Ability to do presentation for meeting and discussion.
Personality or Character: Upgrade, Self management, Quality
of work, Ability/Willingness to learn, Teamwork.
Understanding vission mission company and safety policy.
Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of
OHS, energy, quality, and environment.
